2 x Underground parking stalls. One is oversized and situated next to the entrance to the stairway to the building. Outside parking is also available and the townhouse has access from the outside. When you enter or exit the parkade, please ensure you wait until the parkade door closes to ensure no unauthorized  entry. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prep meals including a blender for smoothies. It has everything from zip lock bags, spices and quick oats, to spreads and snacks. 

Bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shaving creme, and some personal hygiene products. 

Main bedroom has a memory gel, medium to firm, King Size bed with memory gel pillows. Second bedroom has a memory gel, medium to firm, Queen size bed with pillows. Third bedroom will have a medium full size bed with pillows. All linens supplied. 

Third floor has a sleeper couch for a single person. Additional linen not supplied for the sleeper couch. The townhouse has one TV and it is located on the third floor. The washer / dryer is also located on the third floor and has washing detergents supplied. 

Garbage can be taken out when you check out and disposed of at the parkade to the right of the parkade you would enter to get to our parking. Use the fob to go in through the side door of that parkade and take an immediate right to the garbage room. 

We keep the furnace and water off while we are not in Edmonton. Upon entry, you will need to open the water valves located in the pantry next to the kitchen. Both valves need to be turn on. For winter the furnace needs to be turned on at the panel just as you go up the stairs. For summer the unit is equipped with Airconditioning which would need to be turned on. Please leave the place as you found it so next guests may enjoy the same experience you did.
